Product Exchange and Return Mechanism
The exchange or return of products shall be conducted as follows:
Cases for exchange and return within three (3) days from the date of receiving the product:

Defects or Discrepancies: In the event of a manufacturing defect, a discrepancy from the specifications stated on the website, or a difference in the product's size upon receipt.

Customer Error in Sizing: In the event of a sizing difference due to a customer error, taking into consideration any price difference if the product's weight or price varies.

Original Condition: Products must be in their original condition at the time of purchase.

Price Differences and Shipping: If there is a price difference for new products, the customer must pay the difference, or the difference will be refunded according to the payment policy. The customer is also responsible for the second shipping fee.

Invoicing: The invoice must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original condition.

Inspection Period: Approval for exchanging or returning products is subject to our inspection within 10 working days of the product's arrival at our main administration office. This is to ensure the items are intact and there are no impediments to the exchange or return.

Return Limit: Returns are permitted only once per item.
- In the event of a weight discrepancy, whether an increase or decrease, Mansour Gold reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

Refund Processing: When a customer returns or exchanges products in accordance with the conditions outlined above, the refund will be credited to their account within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the request is approved.
- In the event that a customer requests to return a product purchased via an installment company for reasons other than a product defect, flaw, or any error on the store’s part, the store reserves the right to deduct the administrative fees incurred by the installment process. This deduction shall be in accordance with the policies of the installment provider and the value of the returned transaction.
Cases Where All Exchanges and Returns Are Strictly Prohibited:
- All bullion sold on the website is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This condition applies to all payment methods, whether paid in cash or through installment programs.

Loss or falling of crystals, cubic zirconia, or stones from the product.

Removal, loss, or damage to the product's barcode.

Altering or resizing (enlarging or reducing) the products at another location or by a third party.

Products purchased during promotional offers or sales.

Scratches or damage resulting from personal use.

Products containing pearls.
