Shipping, Delivery, and Receipt:

We look forward to serving you in a manner that meets your expectations by providing this service according to our designated data form. To ensure fast delivery, your order will be delivered via shipping companies based on the delivery area registered in the order, or through our private representatives within the city of Jeddah.

Furthermore, if the customer fails to respond to the shipping company representatives to receive the order for a period of 5 days, (Mansour Gold) reserves the right to close the order, freeze the customer's account, and place it on the blacklist.

Upon completing the order and payment via the website, you will receive an electronic invoice and a text message to your registered mobile number indicating the total amount deducted from your Credit Card or Mada card, which serves as proof of payment.

Order delivery relies on our approved shipping companies. In application of Mansour Gold's shipping policies, we offer our customers free shipping via UPS within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Express shipping fees via representatives within the city of Jeddah are calculated taking into consideration (seasons and peak times) and are added to the total price at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation:

• The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders in certain cases, such as the unavailability of the desired item, incorrect product pricing, or incomplete order verification procedures in your personal account.

• The customer has the right to cancel and amend the order before the shipping process in accordance with the regulations applied by Mansour Gold. However, once the order has been shipped, the cancellation request will no longer be valid.

• In cases where the delivery of the product is delayed for more than fifteen (15) days beyond the agreed-upon delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, unless the delay is due to a force majeure or an emergency situation.

• If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, or if there is a delay in transferring the purchase amount, Mansour Gold shall not be held responsible for any consequences of the purchase process, as these circumstances fall outside its scope of authority.

• Upon approval of the cancellation request, the store will refund the paid amount for cash orders within (1-14) working days. For payments made via Visa or MasterCard, and in the case of payment via Mada card, the amount will be refunded within one day.
